Website Privacy Policy
How Upstream handles website inquiries and the information used to operate this site.
Updated October 2, 2026
What this notice covers
This notice explains how Upstream handles information collected through this website and its contact and demo request forms. Customer operating records uploaded to the Upstream+ application are covered by the applicable product agreement and product privacy terms.
Information you provide
The inquiry forms collect your name, work email, company, message and, for a demo request, your role and reporting question. Current source systems are optional. Please describe the question rather than submitting credentials, personal financial information or confidential operating records.
How we use an inquiry
We use the information to understand your question, respond to your request and discuss a relevant workflow or evaluation. Submitting an inquiry gives us permission to contact you about that inquiry; it does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.
Website operation and access
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s WordPress system and are available to authorized website administrators. Hosting and website service providers process information needed to operate the site. Web server and security records may include IP addresses, request times, browser details and requested addresses. Essential cookies support sign in and session functions where those functions are used.
Sharing and external links
Upstream does not sell inquiry information. Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, delivery or security, and disclosed when required by applicable law. Links to research publishers, government resources and the application lead to separate sites with their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and your requests
We retain inquiry information for responding to and managing the inquiry and relevant business records, subject to applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We may need to confirm the request relates to you before changing a record.
Contact and updates
Use the Upstream contact form with a website privacy question or request. This notice is dated October 2, 2026. If website collection or use changes, we will update this notice and its revision date.
